How Centennial ships

Centennial 33 is an extremely limited release sold by allocation and enquiry. Once your order is confirmed, each bottle is packed by hand and dispatched by tracked courier. Because the bottles are numbered and finished by hand, please allow time for handling before a shipment leaves High River.

Where we ship

The shipment of liquor is regulated, and we ship only where the law of the destination permits. Delivery is available in some provinces and countries and restricted or unavailable in others; interprovincial and international shipping of alcohol is subject to applicable liquor and import laws. Where we can deliver, and any conditions that apply, are confirmed at the point of sale.

Age on delivery

An adult of legal drinking age must be present to receive the shipment and sign for it. The carrier may ask for valid government-issued photo ID. Alcohol cannot be left unattended or in a safe-drop. If no eligible adult is available, the carrier will re-attempt or hold the parcel; repeated failed deliveries may be returned to us.

Processing and timing

This is a small, hand-finished release, so dispatch is not instant. When your order ships you will receive a confirmation and tracking. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination; international shipments may be delayed by customs clearance.

Shipping costs, taxes, and duties

Shipping is calculated and confirmed at the point of sale. Applicable taxes are applied according to the destination. For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

Damage, loss, or delay

Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If a bottle arrives damaged or a parcel is missing, contact us within three business days with your order details and photos, and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs are outside our control, though we will help you track a shipment.

Returns

Because Centennial is alcohol, returns are restricted by law. We do not accept returns or exchanges of delivered product except where required by applicable law. Bottles that arrive damaged or defective are handled case by case, consistent with your rights under applicable law.
