Terms of Service.
About this site
This site is the marketing presence for Centennial Whisky, produced by Caldera Distilling Inc. at Highwood Distillers in High River, Alberta. By using the site you agree to these terms. Final terms for any purchase or commercial arrangement are set out in the applicable order or contract, which prevails over this page.
Age and responsible enjoyment
You must be of legal drinking age to use this site or buy any product. The legal drinking age is 18 in Alberta; if you are elsewhere, it is the age that applies in your province or jurisdiction. By entering past the age gate, you confirm you meet it, and misrepresenting your age breaches these terms. Centennial is intended for responsible enjoyment by adults: please do not drink and drive, and do not provide alcohol to anyone underage.
Sale and availability of liquor
The sale and distribution of liquor in Alberta is regulated by Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC), and our sales are made in accordance with applicable liquor laws. Centennial is an extremely limited release offered by allocation and enquiry; quantities are limited and may sell out. Pricing, availability, and specifications shown here may change without notice and are confirmed at the point of sale. Delivery of alcohol is subject to the laws of the destination, may be restricted or unavailable in some provinces and countries, and may require an adult of legal drinking age to receive it. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping are extra unless stated otherwise.
Orders
An enquiry or online order is an offer to purchase that we may accept or decline. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable, where a price was shown in error, or where we cannot verify age or comply with applicable law.
Trademarks and content
All product names, logos, photography, and copy on this site are owned by Caldera Distilling Inc. and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of tasting notes, availability, or pricing shown here. To the fullest extent permitted by Alberta law, including the Consumer Protection Act (Alberta) where it applies, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the site or these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date shown above reflects the most recent change.
